Which? Trusted Trader
A Which? Trusted Trader, independently assessed
Which? Trusted Traders is an endorsement scheme, not a review directory. Every business that carries the logo has been checked on its finances, its paperwork and its procedures, and its own customers have been asked what it is like to hire.
Ross Webster Tree Services applied, was assessed by a Trading Standards qualified assessor and is now endorsed. An independent organisation has looked at how this business runs before you do.
See our Which? profileTrading history
Which? confirms a business has been trading for at least six months, with no county court judgements, before an application is accepted.
Financial health
Business documents are submitted and Which? runs a financial health and credit check before the assessment goes any further.
Business MOT
A Trading Standards qualified assessor examines procedures, admin and paperwork, and runs DBS checks on the business.
Customer references
The endorsement team contacts a number of the trader’s own customers to check the references hold up.
Reviews left on a Which? Trusted Trader profile are verified and moderated by Which?. If a problem cannot be settled directly, their independent dispute resolution service looks at the evidence from both sides.
